Welcome to the Blazer-Yost Research Laboratory. Our current research involves understanding the role of TRPV4 in Hydrocephalus, and Fluid Homeostasis in Polycystic Kidney Disease. We utilize Ussing Chamber Electrophysiology, Immunohistochemistry, as well as various Molecular Biology techniques to understand these processes.
