RISE to the IUPUI Challenge
The RISE to the IUPUI Challenge initiative builds on IUPUI’s tradition of and commitment to experiential learning, enhancing traditional learning models with real-world experience.
Undergraduate students are encouraged to incorporate at least two of the four RISE experiences — research, international, service learning, and experiential learning — into their degree programs. Each RISE category incorporates qualified experiences, integration of knowledge, reflection, and assessment, and is documented on students’ transcripts. As the RISE initiative evolves, many School of Science degrees will require completion of RISE criteria. Learn More.
